Geography/Climate
Estancia Valley is nestled between the Sandia and Manzano Mountains to the West and the open plains to the East. Elevations range from 5,895’ to 6,499’. With average rainfall 13 to 15 inches per year, we have 300 days of sunshine and pleasant temperatures.
